Terms of Service
The service
Outstanding Meme turns one lead-singer photo (plus an optional sax-friend photo, at no extra cost) into an ~15-second vertical video: template Outstanding Classic, 9:16, delivered as two MP4 files — one with concert audio, one silent for trending sounds. Every video costs 1 credit at any resolution (480p or 720p).
Videos are generated by Seedance 2.0, provided through APIMart. There is no model picker in the product.
Not affiliated
Outstanding Meme is an independent parody tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to NPR, the Tiny Desk Concert series, Charlie Wilson or The Gap Band. We do not license the song "Outstanding" and claim no rights to it. Every clip is an AI-generated fan edit — label it AI when you post.
Use
You may upload a photo only if you have the right to use it, and only of adults who agreed to be in the video. Do not upload children, celebrities, or anyone who has not agreed. Permission to use a photo does not allow the deepfake content banned below.
Acceptable use
You must not ask the service to generate any of the following:
- Pornography or other NSFW content.
- Violence or gore.
- Hate speech.
- Child-unsafe content (CSAM), including any sexual content involving minors.
- Deepfakes or impersonation of a real person, including face swaps, nudification, and fabricated statements or actions. Consent from that person does not allow this.
- Content that infringes a copyright or trademark.
- Harassment of real people, including coaches and athletes uploaded without their permission.
The following are zero-tolerance and may be reported to the authorities: CSAM or any sexual content involving minors; content that promotes terrorism, extremism, or mass violence; instructions for weapons of mass destruction; content that incites genocide or ethnic hatred; deepfakes of real people.
What we may do
| Measure | When it applies |
|---|---|
| Warning | A first, minor violation |
| Remove the content | A confirmed violating clip or source photo |
| Limit features | Repeated minor violations |
| Suspend the account | A serious violation, or violations that add up |
| Close the account | Child-safety violations, or repeated serious violations |
| Report to authorities | Criminal child-safety violations |
Credits already spent on a job are not returned when we remove that content, suspend the account, or close it for a violation.
Reports
Email contact@outstandingmeme.org from your account address and identify the clip or account. We do not publish the reporter's identity. A report we confirm was false can be handled under this section.
Child-safety reports are handled within 24 hours. Other reports receive a reply within 7 business days. If we need longer, we write first and say why.
We do not run an automated moderation API on every upload or finished video. We read reports sent to that address, and we may take down a clip that is still inside the 24-hour download window.
Credits
Packs are one-time: Single $9.99 (1 credit), Trio $19.99 (3 credits), Five $29.99 (5 credits). One credit equals one Outstanding video at 480p or 720p — the same price. Credits do not expire. There is no subscription. A failed or timed-out generation returns the credit for that job.
Breach and termination
If you break these terms, we may warn you, delete the clip and the source photo, suspend the account, or close it. Credits already spent are not returned in those cases. The automatic return after a failed or timed-out generation still applies, and is described under Refunds.
If we stop the service for a reason other than your breach, unused prepaid credits are refunded in proportion.
You may ask us to delete your account by emailing contact@outstandingmeme.org. We handle that request within 30 calendar days, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Refunds
Credits are not converted back to cash and there is no subscription to cancel. If a video generation fails or times out, the credit spent on that job is returned to your balance automatically — My Videos shows the failed job as "Credit returned". Pack purchases are completed by our payment provider Waffo; a payment refund, if one is issued, is handled by writing to contact@outstandingmeme.org. Returning a payment does not by itself rewrite the credit ledger — failed generations are the path that returns credits.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that a clip will resemble you, be accepted by a platform, or meet a particular level of quality.
AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or a poor match for the photo. Do not treat it as legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Retention
Download both files (audio and silent) within 24 hours of completion. After that the links expire and the files are deleted.
Sound
The audio version includes the concert sound baked into the file. We do not license the song; a platform may mute it. That is why every clip ships with a silent version — post it and attach the trending "Outstanding" sound in the app.
